I have used her services a couple of times in recent years and they are excellent. Robert has been extremely helpful and is a good problem solver.
Oliver an his team are bloody legends they fixed our pop out an some other jobs that another useless company wrecked . They did amazing job under short time restraints as we live in the van full time . They are definitely the company u want working on your pride a joy !! Been taking my van here for three years. Been extremely happy with the service. They go above and beyond when looking after my van.
These guys saved our holiday! Went in for a simple service, and a minor (or so I thought) glitch with my wireless brake controller... these guys went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, especially as they couldn't find any wiring faults. Turns out the wireless unit on the van had become... waterlogged... despite its IP67 rating. New unit installed, everything checked and off I go. The team also went through some great safety stuff with me, making sure I had torque wrench in the van, and confirmed I had it set to the correct setting for my van. It was, and as I am a bit of a safety nut, I was thrilled to see them making sure I was safe, and covering things (most I was already aware of) not every person towing a van knows but should!
Chien organised the warranty repairs on our van carefully and work was done quickly and well
Had my air conditioner replaced by Advantage Caravan Repairs. Robert was a pleasure to deal with and the new air conditioner was fitted expertly and is operating perfectly. Would highly recommend them based on my experience.
