We have now had our vanβs yearly service done twice and work on leaks completed. They have also installed an airlifter system to our Jayco pop top. In all cases communication was excellent, work done was exceptional have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs work done on vans.
We had an issue with Cracks in the shower box of our Jayco caravan. I Made contact with the warranty manager Chien in mid May. 0He inspected the damage and also checked the van for any other issues. Submitted the claim for approval. Fortunately we had had the van serviced last November by Advantage caravans so warranty was approved. Repairs have now been completed ( new shower box) . Absolutely. Fantastic service. Communication is spot on . I'll be back in November for a annual service. Thankyou for the great experience.
These guys are absolutely amazing!!! John, Robert & Glen are so well organised they are like a well oiled machine, everything just flowed. Communications were fantastic and we were over the top pleased with the results. The job started on time and pickup was on time. Just wish all businesses we have dealings with could be this professional. Thoroughly recommend.

As always thoroughly professional job completed to high standard. Not only appreciate the work in repairs, but as always Lance and the team provide guidance and advice, even down to sourcing torque wrench and showing me how to check tyre nuts. Have been going here for years and never been disappointed.
Had a suspension failure of my camper trailer coming back on the Hume Highway from the Murray River. Couldn't find any repairers who would take it due to yard space but Advantage were able to. Towed on the back of a tow truck. Lance sorted out a quote quickly and part obtained from manufacturer in Maryborough to enable the repair. Lance took several relevant photos for warranty claim due to failed welds. Whilst there they did an annual service at reduced cost as well which was good to get an independent opinion instead of the manufacturer. They have a lockup yard so confident of security whilst there.

Advantage undertook an underbody service and addressed a number of other mechanical repairs as well. Excellent service by a dedicated team. Very happy with the outcomes.
