These guys saved our holiday! Went in for a simple service, and a minor (or so I thought) glitch with my wireless brake controller... these guys went above and beyond to diagnose the issue, especially as they couldn't find any wiring faults. Turns out the wireless unit on the van had become... waterlogged... despite its IP67 rating. New unit installed, everything checked and off I go. The team also went through some great safety stuff with me, making sure I had torque wrench in the van, and confirmed I had it set to the correct setting for my van. It was, and as I am a bit of a safety nut, I was thrilled to see them making sure I was safe, and covering things (most I was already aware of) not every person towing a van knows but should!
